Youth Development Professional
As a Youth Development Professional, I support a wide range of Club functions and special events, supervising groups of up to 20 members while fostering teamwork among staff and volunteers. My role includes assisting with outreach and recruitment efforts, participating in school events alongside the Site Coordinator, and consistently upholding the safety, program quality, and overall appearance of the Club. I provide academic, enrichment, and athletic support to members, and help plan, organize, and implement diverse programming across education, sports and recreation, the arts, health and wellness, and leadership and service.
